Seriously confining these photos to more private access shows that the site owner is taking things seriously.

I am also with John M regarding the idea of a paid site ofeering one type of forum for no members and a more detailed forum for members. There is nothing wrong with that because in the end we producers need to think about business or we can't continue to film films for you fans.

I have no problem with "Adult Images" being posted to a Multimedia forum, Given that, the "all topic" forum should be the only one non members can read. If that forum interests them, they should then go thru the membership routine and join.

I really don't want to get into the pay membership deal for a forum...Gman tried that and look what happened there (we're in the self created mess we are in now )

Interesting that you endorse restrictions on this site, then suggest posting on DS due to the lack of restrictions. Also interesting is that you posted this topic here and not on DS where one would think equal if not greater feedback would be gained. As if you are dropping breadcrumbs for some search engine savvy folks to cast this site under a negative lens.

Hey Guys,

I have moved Peter's Photo gallery to the renamed "Video and Image Share" forum which is limited to registered members. This was done with Peter's consent, because there is a lot of very explicit material in this gallery. So, if anyone has explicit photos that you wish to share, they should be posted there. As for the definition of explicit photos, I am not talking about super sexy photos of Dalila or even topless photos, but perhaps full nudity where the genitals are clearly displayed.

The "What's New at FF and Silk Videos" forum may have topless photos of mainstream actresses or even nude photos of Petra in the shower, but I do not consider such photos to be so explicit as to require that they be posted on the restricted "Video and Image Share" forum. As for the "Necro Media" forum, I do note some fairly explicit advertising there; however, I am not prepared to censor how permitted advertisers promote their sites. I would suggest, however, that links to explicit material posted on their own sites might be both more appropriate and a way to drive traffic to their sites. Then, it is up to them to post warnings on their sites' entrance doors. Thoughts?

Finally, the FF board will never to restricted to paysite members. This experiment failed with the old Femmegore site, and would be counterproductive to my whole reason for creating this site for the community in general. The FF board must always be free with portions open to the public. Not to worry about me going bankrupt as a result. Not a chance of that happening

Yes, I see that you did post this topic on DS...Today. 2 days after you brought it up here. My question was one of concern, not an attempt at harassment. Based on the subsequent response I am not the only one concerned. Seeing how you refer to this board over at DS (Fighting Fellas) I feel the concern is justified.

I get the impression that the ownership at FF values your presence here, perhaps moreso than those at DS. Despite this you appear less than civil in your contributions here. I read your posts at DS, I know that you are capable of civility. Why not here?

Again in your post just above, you explain your response. Your last line again is "trolling" for responses. This is disruptive to this board.
You seem to have a chip on your shoulder sir. Your references to "Fighting Fellas" , when almost everyone involved in the fighting, came from the group where the nickname was first posted is proof of this attitude. You may leave that at the door.

I have also found it interesting that in your posting to Dalila you mention the fact that you must be registered to see images here, then post here, raising the question of are the images too public ( where they are "less public" than where you suggest someone post images). Two days later (after being questioned on this my members and moderators here) you post the same question at the group it probably should have been at in the first place.

Paul, you make some interesting postings, and other than these little jabs at other members seem to be someone interested in posting here. I wish no further action against you or any other member. I suggest you relax, take a moment and think about what you are saying before the next post. Then when you write that post, re read it and think " how many people are going to get ticked off with what I said" if the answer is more than one, re write the posting.

Penn Paul my darling since you have named me here as well as bringing this up on DS I feel that I should address the issue:

I am not permitted to post any pictures directly at Deadskrits, especially not the kind that I have posted here depicting strangulation or breast wounds.

I have 2 places wherein I am free to post that kind of material: Here, and my own small
billboard site at CnB provided by Dennis.

Because this is a fourm wherein people can look at the pictures and post replies it works better for my publicity. I use Dennis's site for other purposes.

Now we all remember the forum war from last month, Geno's banning from FF (which I opposed) and Dennis' previous ban from DS (which I opposed even more) as well as the various hot tempered things that were said by some posters at both boards.

These kinds of wars are very destructive because they have NOTHING AT ALL to do with erotic horror, sexy women being killed in fun ways, or anything else of a fantasy nature.

They just cause strife and I am opposed to any kind of strife between forums.

I will double check but I believe that the rules are as follows at DS:

I am not allowed to post any nude photos, or any erotic horror material there.

I am allowed however to advertise my business activities as long as I do so within the boundaries of DS rules.

I am permitted to post links to my own material, either free or for sale, regardless of the where it is posted.

I do not own FF, so I am permitted by the rules to post linfs to FF. It is a free site so it is up to the individual fan to choose to join. I will not insist that he join, but I will continue to use this board as a home for my pictures. In this way I am not endorsing FF over DS, but using both of them according to their individual rules.

You should also know that Blue is going to carry my films at his store, at no additional cost to me. In other words I will be getting the same percentage of sales that Blue himself gets.

This a very generous offer and I am glad to accept it.

So FF is now a commercial home for me as well as a fun place to post.

I hope this clears everything up for you.

Hi Everyone,

Since I am always logged onto FF, I didn't realize it until a few minutes ago, but the FF board does block any attachments from being seen by those not logged in, even on this public forum. I would not have moved Peter's photo gallery, if I had realized this before, but no one ever mentioned it. Of course, the simple solution is to just join the free FF board.

Now, having discovered this with the assistance of Pennpaul, I had to make a decision. Do I want to try to override this board function. I decided against this, since it automatically solves the problem of underage persons viewing risque material. They cannot view photo attachments on the public areas of the FF board anyway. This should help to keep FF under the radar.

As for solving Dalila's problem of displaying her photos for non-FF members to view, I will provide her with space on my Silk Videos site where these photos can be posted.

There you go! Two more problems solved!

From what I posted before (Below) is that all the sites and Forums in our community are in compliance and it is UnConstitutional in the US to be required to do more. FF, DS and all the sites and Forums are more than in compliance (that I have seen) and certainly have NEVER been TOO PUBLIC in the 11 years I have been online.

Blue, you as a business owner can do more if you want, that is a business decision, Not one of Law.

This makes it a personal and or business decision. About the only thing you can't post on your forum is something clearly illegal as KP other than that you can legally (in the US) post everything else. Perhaps in Canada, certainly in the UK, and other countries many things are illegal to view on this forum and certainly my site.

My attorney tells me what the law is and I decide how it fits into my business. I follow the letter of the law but sometimes push it to the limit but no more and certainly not less.

I did not actively set out to block lurkers from accessing parts of the public forum. The message board software comes out of the box like this. So, there was no 'Ooops'. Until today, I thought that everything in the public forum was viewable by the public. What I discovered is that 'attachments', whether they be photos or another type of file, are blocked unless the viewer is logged in. Links, photos that are linked from another site or from another part of the FF server such as the photos in the 'What's New" forum, and text are all viewable by lurkers. When G-Man, BrianTK and I first set up the FF board, members were not allowed to upload attachments. I turned that function on a few months ago. That's why our initial testing of the site did not reveal that attachments couldn't be viewed unless one was logged in. During these tests, there were no attachments posted by FF members.

So, as Paul says, lurkers should be lurking inside FF, not outside the walls of the Bluestone mansion trying to look through those steamed up windows

about mid way down and the photos probably are okay but the links directly to my site so probably can see them in lurker mode and with links to sample excerpt movies.
I tried to delete or edit them out when you were cleaning up the board but that fuction isn't there. You should probably get rid of the post - these are really extreme video samples I have on my site. (But if you left them there they are legal)

Thanks for the heads up. I tried to move that post to the "Video and Image Share" forum, but the move screwed up the links to the movies and the photos... even when I moved them back to the original thread. So, both the images and the links have been deleted. If you want to re-post them to the "Video and Image Share" forum, I'm sure some of the members would be appreciative... assuming it's not too much trouble.
