Savannah Costello stars as an intergalactic escaped convict whose alien race breeds violently. She frequents Earth because she loves sex and cannot be impregnated by earthlings.
An outcast intergalactic marshal turned bounty hunter is contacted by his old boss to tell him that the convict has escaped, and they believe she is back on Earth. Tempted by the offer that capturing her dead or alive reinstates him into the marshals, the bounty hunter decides to lure her into a trap. The bounty hunter allows her to find him and take him home for a long night of sex, thinking he is an earthling. Little does she know he is of the same race and will surely die.
The next morning she is disappointed to see that he has left. She goes to the bathroom and washes up, her stomach aching. She takes a pill, and goes to the kitchen. After cleaning up, she feels intense pain in her stomach. Exiting to the living room she finally discovers what it is: she's pregnant and the alien baby is coming! She lurches and screams and grunts, writhing on the floor as the baby tries to punch its way through her.
After a lengthy battle, the monster bursts through her belly and emerges. She takes a look at her offspring before finally dropping to the floor, dead and bloodied. The marshal will be back to claim her corpse later.
