Latest posting on the marquee at Horror Variety Theater is CRIME SCENE ACTION, starring Debbie D and Christie Starr. 2 police officers discover strangled girl. May have been self-inflicted. While partner goes to call for back-up and forensics, Sgt Fernalli indulges his lust fantasy with the body. His partner returns and wants in on the action. So she plays dead for her partner. But the victim isn't really dead. During protests, Officer Fernalli makes the death permanent by strangling the victim. Then he returns to play with his partner some more.
