Human Centipede very bizarre movie

Having finished both HUMAN CENTIPEDE and HUMAN CENTIPEDE II, I am wondering whether my fetish is as bizarre as the story line and visuals in both movies. And II is the madman who performs the same routine as the reel movie, HUMAN CENTIPEDE.

Even more bizarre is the interview with the director. Are we producers that bad??

Not sure about yours, 4P, but my fetish isn't anywhere as bizarre as this storyline. The concept is just too grotesque for my tastes.

I have absolutely no interest in seeing either of these movies (the premise makes me want to puke), but from what I have heard about them, they are obviously nothing but a means for the director to indulge his most bizarre and sickening fetish. (And these are mainstream movies!)

I found the medical premise and dialog to be interesting. But the results, torture and graphic effects were too much for my own liking. And this is mainstream with awards from film festivals???

Because there are groups of pretentious snobs out there who consider it transgressive "art". (A lot of highly pedophilic movies and material get a free pass in the name of "art" as well.)

What is accepted and unaccepted has nothing to do with is right, wrong, good, bad, harmful or harmless. What is accepted is dictated by what is en vogue and by what powerful/influential people back it.
