We open on Brandy and Rowan holding lit candles, looking into a mirror. Giggling. The girls rhyme in unison: "Tippy-Toe Tyler sneaks in bed. He steals your breath and kills you dead." They repeat the rhyme. "Tippy-Toe Tyler sneaks in bed! He steals your breath and kills you dead..." "Are we doing this just because he dared you to do it?" Rowan wonders aloud. "Yes. He dared me! But I'm not scared... and neither are you!" Brandy replies. "Come on. Again! We have to say it three times." Together they chant: "Tippy-Toe Tyler sneaks in..."
The lights go out! The darkness startles them. Seconds later, Brandy hits the wall switch and the lights come right back on. "That was weird," Brandy remarks. She is quite obviously trying to scare Rowan. "Somebody... or some THING turned the lights off!!!" she says. Brandy lets Rowan stew in her fear for a few seconds then hits her with a sarcastic "Ooooo!!" ghost noise! :)
Rowan enters the bedroom. She crosses to the bed and flops onto her tummy. She executes the classic foot-fetish 'pose' - her feet kicking up in the air behind her. Soles obvious. "You know," says Rowan. "There have been some strange things happening around here. It's always weird when you move into a new place. But I get this feeling whenever I'm alone. A feeling that someone is watching me." "Brandy?" Rowan hates being alone in the new house. "Where are you?" Rowan leaves the bed and crosses out of the room. She searches for Brandy but finds nothing.
Brandy sneaks up behind Rowan and scares the shit out of her!
We see Brandy and Rowan laying on the bed side-by-side, on their tummies, feet up in the air behind them. A classic foot-fetish pose. Soles obvious. Brandy explains the lore: "Tyler Morton Fink was a serial killer. He also had this insane obsession with girl's feet. They say he tied up each one of his victims and forced them to wrinkle their feet while he strangled them to death!" "No way," Rowan's feet pose nervously. "You're making this up." "Nope. Total truth. He brutally tortured his victims... all the while telling them that they would go free if they turned him on with their feet," Brandy clenches her toes absent-mindedly to underscore the mental imagery. "Total sick-o." "What happened to him?" "The cops cornered him at his house. He barricaded himself in the bathroom. When he realized he was going to be captured he smashed his bathroom mirror - took one of the shards and slit his own throat." "And that's supposed to explain why you can summon his ghost by chanting in the mirror?" Rowan wonders. Brandy laughs. Rowan is not sure what to believe.
Later that night... the girls sleep. A door creaks open, spilling light into an otherwise pitch black room. A spectral figure emerges! An invisible hand reaches for one of Brandy's luscious feet. A ghostly voice whispers "Beautiful..." Brandy wakes - shrieking at the sight of the ghost! Rowan wakes. Brandy dashes for the door. As soon as she is out - the door slams shut! Rowan goes to the door and tries to open it. She can't! She calls out to Brandy! Elsewhere, Brandy scrambles for safety! The shadow chases close behind her! Eventually its black arms envelop Brandy, crushing her - the shadow drives Brandy breathless to the ground. Rowan pulls on the doorknob. Still won't open. "Brandy!" she cries. "Brandy! Are you okay?!" A shadowy figure slinks up behind her. Rowan senses the presence and turns slowly. She shrieks again when she sees the ghost and immediately tries the door handle one more time. Again it doesn't work. The shadow envelops Rowan and drags her down into a mass of suffocating darkness.
Brandy and Rowan wake up sitting side-by-side, very close together. Their feet are propped up on a trunk. Soles once again the main-event. Each girl is in tied up, hands behind their backs and big-toes tied together. Even though they are terrified by the apparition, Brandy and Rowan plead with it to release them. In response, the shadowy figure strangles each girl! As his victims squeals for breath, he verbally demands clenching feet. Wrinkled soles! "Clench your toes and I'll let you go..." The girls comply - soles explode with wrinkles - but the ghost does not relent until his victim is passed out. Brandy is tortured. Then Rowan. Then Brandy both girls. A cycle of torture comprises most of the movie...
After a very long extended strangle and pleading session, Brandy's bonds begin to loosen! Her hands come free. While the ghost attacks Rowan, Brandy seizes her chance to save them both. She explodes from the bondage and hops to the nearest bathroom. Brandy slams the door behind her. In that same instant the ghost begins pounding on the door Brandy's beautiful hands tremble as she struggles to light a match. The pounding continues on the door. A match is struck! Brandy lights the candle and recites into the mirror: "Tippy-Toe Tyler sneaks in bed. He steals your breath and he kills you dead!" More pounding! "Tippy-toe Tyler sneaks in bed. He steals your breath and he kills you dead!" One more good pound on the door. "Tippy-toe Tyler sneaks in bed..." The pounding is gone. Brandy does not finish the rhyme, instead she opens the door and searches for Rowan. "Rowan?" she cries. "Are you okay?" Brandy finds Rowan still tied up, sitting with her feet on display. She immediately starts to untie Rowan. "Is he gone?" Rowan asks - gasping for breath. "What happened? Did he go away?" "Yes," says Brandy. "You said the rhyme again?" "Yes," says Brandy. Then she thinks about it. "Mostly..."
Just then the shadowy figure bursts onto the girls envelops them in its darkness! Both girls let out a blood curdling shriek as it all goes black.
