And in my time of doubt caused by the evil ones known only as trolls, I knew not where to look for comfort. I wandered for days in unknown lands and was truly lost.

But then, in my last hour of desperation, a light shone through the clouds and beckoned me towards it's mark. I followed the sign blindly, for I was hypnotized by it's brilliance, it's majesty.

I climbed to the top of a mountain, and on it's peak stood a figure. He welcomed me forth with open arms and said "be still, for no troll shall trouble you here in paradise."

I suddenly felt light and clean, and my troubled mind began to clear, as if a terrible curse had been lifted from me. Newly refreshed, I looked to the figure and thanked him, then asked his name...

Smiling, he replied "I have walked the earth for eons, and have been known by many names in many lands. But you may call me Blue. I am the protector of the realm, and under my vigilance, no pestilence, nor storm, nor trolls shall cast their blight upon you, lest they feel my wrath. This is my word... and my word is the law. And so shall it be until the mountains are reduced to dust and the oceans run dry and the sun has fallen from the sky. Go now in peace, and seek the wisdom of my board, which will guide you on the path to righteousness."

And with that, he turned and left, as did I. But ever after I felt his presence, as though he watched over my shoulder and guided my steps and protected me from the trolls which had in earlier days brought me so much grief and woe. Such was his power...
