But I mainly created account because I have an issue with movie purchase from Bluestone and I needed to contact you. Wasn't sure how so I just created account to talk here, I purchased a movie off your silk n blood store, but never received download link. I have receipt confirmation but not download link. I was hoping you can help me out with that.

Firstly, check your spam filter to make sure that the download email didn't end up there.

Secondly, forward me your receipt confirmation at the above email, and I will track down your order and get the download link out to you manually.
