"Therapy" (Kerie-Lena-Carmen) is up!

Kerie is a psychiatrist who is trying to help a patient (Victor). He is dreaming about murdering women. She asks him to tell her what happens in his dreams, and the viewer sees the scene as he does so. Firstly, he has a break-up with his girlfriend (played by Carmen), and ends up strangling her to death. Next, he recounts a dream about killing a hot Latino neighbour (as played by Lena), also by strangulation. When the session ends, he admits to Kerie that he didn't just dream about killing these women... he actually murdered them! Then, he strangles Kerie to keep her from talking!
