Bluestone Masterson Award Nominations

Congratulations to Blue for his nominations so far in the 2015 Masterson Awards! We are right in the middle of Masterson (named after Jill Masterson, the "Goldfinger Girl") season, and we are getting great participation in our award nomination process from across the spectrum of fans and producers. Here are Blue's nominations so far:

I would love to invite fans of Bluestone films to add their own nominations to our official ballot! We have almost 100 nominees in various categories now, and it would be great to see Bluestone represented by even more of Blue's terrific features. Blue honey, we have two areas for producers themselves to place a film or a special person into nomination for an award -- a special Producers Choice category where you can spotlight any one of your films that you would like to get some extra promotion for or you were specially proud of...and a Producer Staff award, where you can honor some of the often overlooked production team members in your great crew.

I am humbled by your post above. I had no idea that our productions had been nominated for these prestigious awards.

I'd like to thank our fans for their appreciation of the work we do.

I will consider adding to the Producers Choice category.

I am glad that someone has taken the lead in continuing the death fetish awards idea that I tried to promote with the Snuffie Awards several years ago. I wish you all the best for a successful awards program!

Blue, it is our pleasure.

I used to follow the Snuffie Awards with delight, they have been a great inspiration. As you know I'm a huge and devoted fan of film in our genre -- and in real life I'm a promotion and marketing executive, so here in our sensual death fantasy world it seemed a natural fit to apply that enthusiasm along with those skills to launch a large program to honor our splendid movie-and-dream-makers.

You have always been not only one of the finest filmmakers in our community, Blue, but one of the finest people. It's a joy to see you deservedly honored.

We are following the same timetable as the Oscars, so when our nomination list is complete I will send out an updated list of all nominations to all producers, along with the attached Masterson Statuette image (which was created for us by the splendid fetish artist Syncret) electronically engraved with your name as an official nominee. As you did with your Snuffies, feel free to use it in your studio promotion, honey.
