Do you want her back?

Petra is willing to come back for another shoot in the Fall, but at present I only have one tentative custom request. So, I'm trying to gauge interest in another Petra shoot.

Do the fans in general want to see new Petra vids, and if so, what do you want to see specifically?

I am the #1 Petra fan in the world, and love working with this girl, but she doesn't come cheap, plus there's airfare and other costs to bring her over the pond. So, I just want to make sure there's interest before I incur these substantial costs.

You know that I adore Petra! She is a force of Nature, and I can't think of any other actress as good as her in our genre---she KNOWS that it is all just play, and that we only pretend to kill her so that we can HAVE her. I am forever mystified that she has never played in a James Bond film!

For my tastes I only enjoy her asphyxia roles, hanging and strangling, but really I do not count as I can only rarely purchase a download. So, I suggest that you sharpen your pencil to carefully calculate your balance sheet as to whether her visit might pay for itself. She is an utter Goddess, but if you lose money on the effort it takes a lot of fun out of the adventure!

On the other hand, playing Devil's Advocate here, as she is "retired" you now have a "corner on the Market" so to speak. Your catalog of her work is unsurpassed, and adding to it might be an excellent investment in the future, if you can afford it now. Like Betty Page or Dita vonTeese or Catherine Deneuve, Petra is eternal and her work and her art crosses generations for whole new cycles of demand likely in the future!

You make a good point, Elsullo, that is not lost on me. She has completely retired from modeling and acting except for Bluestone Videos. So, I don't need to pay for her whole trip with customs, but one custom out of about 25 available slots is not even coming close to covering the shoot costs. Anyway, hopefully there are Petra fans out there who will want to take this opportunity of having the blonde goddess act out their special scenario for them. Even though I'm going on vacation the beginning of next week, I'll check on this thread when I return, then decide if it makes financial sense for me to bring Petra across the pond again.

I had an idea for you to consider about custom shoots: what about doing shorter, less expensive customs? Say $200.00 for a quick and dirty, nothing too fancy, no huge expectations, ten minute video? Many more of us fans could afford to consider that price range! I would commit to one if it could be worth your trouble........................elsullo

I would consider doing customs for $200, but they would not be our usual customs. What we do now is follow a customer's detailed script to the letter. If you check out some of our customs, such as "Flight Cancelled", you'll see how much action we provide for a customer's money. This one's close to half an hour in length and features two wonderful babe deaths, including a Petra demise. The script was very detailed. Another is "Light & Sound". Again, the full video is over half an hour and features two Petra deaths. Videos like those are not going to be filmed for $200.

A 7 minute video could be filmed with customer input for $200, but the input will not be a detailed step-by-step script. It would be more like:
"I want to see Petra hung in the nude in high heels with a thick rope noose." What I film will certainly be an absolute bargain for $200!

If it comes to pass that you can still do it, count me in for that! I'd give just a SMALL script for guidance which actually will make it easier for you. This is good news, and I hope it will start an avalanche of budget minded fans with fetish vid customs in mind.......................elsullo
