Though I've had a love/hate thing for them since they debuted in 2001, it hasn't been due to their lack of porn. On the contrary, that's one thing I applaud them for.

Truth be told, the longest I've ever maintained an active membership with them was two years, starting in, I think, 2008(?), when they first announced they were going to begin posting one high resolution gallery every week and stop updating the non-member preview page. After a couple of years, I got bored with their lack of artistic vision and canceled. It's especially frustrating when they update their model page. There's usually one or two photosets I wind up wanting, so I inevitably sign up again. The frustrating part is their posting schedule is such that I never know when they're going to post what, or featuring whom.

Part of what else keeps me going back is that they are the only producer who consistently combines all three of my fetishes:

* Fantasy Asphyxia
* Hose and Heels
* Career women in peril, wearing anything from sexy skirts and tops to little black dresses.

That's what I love that about them. I hate that they don't keep all of their archives online.

Bottom line, my relationship with them feels a lot like The Godfather movies. Every time I think I'm out, they pull me back in. Earlier this year, I decided I should probably try and stay with them for a while, just so I don't miss out on anything.

I've actually never seen them advertise on any message board I've ever visited. They probably get all the advertising they want through word of mouth and web directories.

I agree, a good setup is integral to a well-executed death scene. But, where EwP often sorely lacks in that regard, I just make up for with my own imagination. For example...

I have one photoset featuring a model named Patricia Jane bound with her hands behind her back and hanged by a wire in a doorway. There are 369 pics in the set, and absolutely no context for the scene. When I look at the pics, I imagine she's a Bank Teller who's been taken hostage and hanged to death as a show of force.

I have another set of 357 pics with Chantale Hardis wearing a drop-dead sexy pair of black polyurethane (synthetic leather) peep-toe stiletto pumps - something I've never seen any of their models wear before or since - who's also bound with her hands behind her back, but hanged with a noose. Again, zero context to set up the scene, but I like to imagine she's a reporter who got too close to a story about a serial hangman who's decided to kill her before she can expose his identity.

Those are just a couple of scenarios that, thanks to EwP's penchant for putting models in stiletto heels, hose, skirts and dresses, and the static nature of their photosets, I'm able to imagine myself.

So do I, but EwP posts a lot more photosets than videos, so I make do with what's available.
