Although posters have only limited time to edit their posts, the moderators can delete posts or portions of posts with the consent of the poster. Up to you. You are mixing mostly business contracts you have and had with me/CnB with personal feelings. The legal business contracts detail would better explain my intensity to others but they will Never be posted here or anywhere else.

This dispute obviously relates to Dennis' return to DS in light of the hateful things that were said by DS's owner which resulted in his ban from FF. My actions in issuing this ban resulted directly in my personal access to DS being restricted to advertising status only, and this board being relegated to a limited status with respect to DS. Made me really shake in my boots No great loss there In fact, I've stopped advertsing on DS entirely as that whole affair soured me to the whole attitude over there.

Now, I am also surprised with Dennis' decision to return to DS, but it is his decision to make, and I'm sure this decision was not taken lightly. I also think this has to be seen in light of another important factor. Paul, I demanded and obtained a public apology from Geno with respect to his remarks against your actresses and your mother. Whether you accepted that apology or not is entirely up to you, but it was made. Perhaps others, such as Dennis, felt that this public apology entitled Geno to a second chance. As you know, I personally was not convinced of its sincerity, but I couldn't post evidence to support my opinion, because that evidence resided in private emails. That is why, despite the public apology, I did not lift Geno's ban. Notwithstanding my personal position on this matter, other members have, in light of the public apology, felt that I was wrong and that I should forgive and forget. I can't speak for Dennis, but there are members who feel that way. I just don't happen to be one of them. So, please consider that factor in all of this.

Paul and Dennis, you were more than business partners. You were friends. That is why this is so distressing and emotional, both for you and for others, like me, who like and respect the both of you. I know what it's like to have a wedge driven between two individuals. Paul and I had that experience some time ago. In that case, someone else drove that wedge between us. In this case, it seems that circumstances have driven that wedge between the two of you. Whatever the cause, as a concerned bystander, I'd like to suggest that you both step back from this issue for a few moments, take a deep breath, and pick up the phone. I'm about as stubborn as they come, so I know that it's hard to swallow one's pride and be the one to make the call, but I'm sure whoever does it will feel not weak but proud that he cares enough about all of the good times as well as the sweat and tears in your friendship over the years to want to use every means available to you to salvage that relationship and put this issue behind yourselves. Please guys, if you want to be mad at someone, be mad at me for posting this, not mad at each other. Go ahead, tell me my videos stink and that I should mind my own business and that I'm a wuss. Go ahead, take a strip off me for intruding on your private affairs... but... please do it together.

To Blue and Paul-KHP,

There are a number of factors involved in going back to DS and I am not going to discuss them on a public forum. However, the many crude remarks made to individuals, as well as, the turmoil caused by others to FF and individuals will never be forgotten or forgiven by me.

I am angry at Paul-KHP in that he didn't simply call me and ask about my reasons. If he did he (I am certain) would have understood completely. I didn't call Paul since I did think it was a big deal considering my reasons, but granted I should have called him and ran them by him.

Regarding Paul and anyone else, I don't tolerated getting flamed on a public message board when there are other and better methods to work out a misunderstanding and that includes, email, PM, or Telephone - most every webmaster and producer has my home phone.

In Paul's case, he and I have been friends too long and I am a wuss when it comes to friends. I Withdraw All my Comments! Paul can chose to do what he wishes.

I just woke up a little while ago and I am reading this now...

Paul, Geno has said many of the same things about me that he said about your mother.
My reason for still posting there is the traffic.

I have explained that to you privately in greater detail. I don't know you nearly as well as I know Dennis, but I would hope that if you are also angry at me that you would let me know in private.

My take on all of this is that I can do more good to this board by maintaining my status on the other board. I refuse however to allow Geno to insult me orm other models without standing up to him.

Dennis I am not surprised by your decision to go back to DS because you did give me a bit of a head's up in our last conversation. I am fine with your decision, but I do have a question for you:

Has Geno clarified the issue of file sharing? I know that this was a big issue for Paul in addition to having his mother insulted. This is just honest curiosity on my part. I am not trying to create more controversy.

No matter what else happens I agree with Blue. You fellows should remain friends and not let DS work you up into a fit.

I need additional information since I have tried to confirm it but so far unable to do so. Once I have confirmation and can document it I will discuss it with him. Please, either you or Paul, give me the URLs and or other information so I can come to some solid conclusions.

Is this the one that Max5s posted the violation a couple of times? Then Geno deleted the links then the posts? Then he deleted the posters - he just deleted them - no ban or suspension. He reinstated them about a week later.

If this is the one, I don't think Geno was behind it.... However, it is the links on the download server that need to be deleted since they can be posted on any forum. They can be deleted if you have a copy of them and email to the download server's abuse email citing copyright violations. To find out who actually posted them, I have never been able to get a positive ID - I don't think the download server people really know either.
