Plot:

Hey Michelle. This video looks right up my alley, so I went straight ahead and bought it.

However seems like there was a slight mishap on your end. The video in size shows 0 MB, and cannot download or watch it. (Download failed - Forbidden). And the video never loads either if I try to watch it.

My other purchases and downloads work just fine. I think you just forgot to add the video on your website's server. So currently no one can watch it or download it.

Just a friendly heads up. Hope you fix it soon.
