PMS Productions is owned and operated by Pennpaul. I haven't seen much from Pennpaul on the boards recently, but I presume that he and his Horror Variety Theater are still active. This gif is from 'Slaughterhouse' and the scene seemed to me to be particularly 'gif-able'.
