I have always found Niche's administration to be both fair and very efficient. On the few occasions I have had a problem with something they resolved it PDQ.

Niche is absolutely wonderful in every aspect. I was away and did not see this store in action. Makes you wonder where else they are selling them. Perhaps I need to investigate further, thanks for the heads up John. Regardless of whether it is some of my content, Johns, or anyone else for that matter, I would love to try and find a way to stop it.

So, I went through everything at the time. While I recognized most of the content, I could not place who the other producers were. And, the site was pulled right after I reported it. Luckily, it was only up a day or so, and there was about $90 in sales from the pirated Ruemorgue content. Based on the previews of the other content, it was mostly old SD stuff.

The real issue, Chris, are several places that have pirated links. If you want the heads up on where--as well as general techniques for finding it and the takedown proceedures, PM me. I don't want to post them here for obvious reasons.
