To be honest, i'm not really sure who she is, but i've always thought it was a photo manip of Neve Campbell's head on someone elses body. You can see a larger & clearer image of this photo by going to this site:

Once there, click on "Pictures", then click "Strangling, Hanging, & Choking Photos", and it'll be the first photo in the second row....you then click on the photo to see a larger image of it.
