I really wanted to invite Dennis back here to join DeadSkirts, but unfortunately he has not been on his best behavoir elsewhere. We are Dr. Don supporters, and we will not make mistakes like allowing our boards to be launch against Dr. Don who is a member of this site. With that said, Dennis is more or less on the anti-Dr Don level. So even though he gave me a powerful endorsement, that was Geno and "DeadSkirts the site". Some how I would have to negoitate a come back with him, maybe even require a Dr. Don endorsment.

I have no idea what motivated you to post the above on DS, but I have no problems now or ever with DrDon. I have actively supported him with various sites and material. Including censordefense.com on my server and using my credit cards, took over the copyrights to Perfectshots.com and its material, moved it to my server and ran it for about a year while he was in his first trial. Later I opened and ran 'The Czar of Terror' on my server and using my credit cards. It is still partially up at: http://cnbhorror.com/reviews/

The proceeds of the above sites went to DrDon's defense fund.

If there is any confusion in the above statement: I still have his Perfectshots.com Domain up on one my servers with a password system along with his site material ready to go online set up after he won his appeal. It was never opened due to the new trial.

I want to clarify and better define censordefense.com: Virtually all the webmasters supported the site with material they donated, this included but not limited to (since I might have left out some webmasters): CnB, HankS, JohnM, Sam (of Sam's Place), Sergey, DT, Peter/Necrobabes, Cash, and others I don't recall at the moment.

Many sites were not online yet as Dalila, KHP, and others I am certain would have contributed material.

This is a real eye opener. Geno has said on DS that you are anti-Dr.Don and that I am anti-Dr. Don. Neither statement is true. Your Dr. Don defense site was set up before I became a producer, but I supported it as a customer, and I've always supported Dr. Don and his cause. He is a pioneer in this field and deserves to be appreciated and recognized for his accomplishments and sacrifices for the death fetish community.

Geno, on the other hand, is manipulating the truth and using his anti-Dr.Don statements to garner support for his uncalled for ban of you and Paul. Why? Because few people would really have sympathy for your ban or be that upset about me banning Geno from FF, but add in the anti-Dr.Don spin-doctoring and people will be up in arms.

Geno delights in pitting producer against producer, customers against producers, and webmasters against webmasters. FF is compeition that he does not want, and wishes to silence, like he's silenced Paul and Dennis on DS. If there was more proof required as to why Geno was banned from FF, there it is! We can't allow a snake in the Garden of Eden, because the snake's sole purpose in being here is to tear down the garden. Remember, the serpent's sole weapon was the Big Lie!

I did post some of these things but not all. Given the circumstances I was willing to 'Peace out' (a term I never use) but sounded like a good idea. If DrDon wants to hold this against me that is his prerogative and have no problem what he wants to believe. The same for Geno.

If this is all about the belief my previous statements about you, Geno and DS was motivated in the hopes of going go back to DS, I have no interest and wont go back.

I was banned and I deserved it in Geno's mind for him calling Britton names and including a 'Cunt'. I objected in an angry and an improper way ( In that I said it in rather blind anger) and expected to be banned. I accept that, want to keep it that way, and move on outside of DS.

Unrelated to what you, Geno, or anyone else believes, I will continue to support DrDon in his defense for the cruel and unjust treatment, for almost a decade now, the Canadian legal system is doing to him and his family. DrDon is part of our family and community, and deserves our attention and support. I am one that has given it in real terms over the years as have others and that will not change.

I have nothing further to discuss in this matter.

Dennis: You are recalling things that happened a long time ago, and I fully understand that you have had a lot of things happen since 2000-2002.

I don't mean any disrespect, but I must clarify that:
1. Czar of Terror was DrDon's creation.
2. You were given the copyright to the PSV and PS domains, but surrendered them to the crown in Ontario.
3. DrDon retrieved the domain names in 2005 and gained control of them.
4. You were doing nothing with the PSV domains and materials and refused to restart them, or post them on PPV in 2005.
5. DrDon asked you to transfer the domains to Jafa in 2005, and you did so, including providing him with the previous transfers so he has a complete history of transfers from DrDon to you, and from you to Jafa.
6. DrDon removed all materials from your server. And asked you to destroy some other materials of his. (in the fall of 2005).
7. There has never been, that DrDon is aware of, any agreement or arrangement that you would start up the PSV site. That consideration left your hands when you transferred the domain names and the copyrights to all those materials in 2005.
8. The new trial has nothing to do with whether you would make the PSV and PS domain names live again.
9. I asked you on the NB board to remove those materials. I never said you have to do that, it's up to you whether you decide to do it or not. Why not ask DrDon and Jafa whet their wishes are. But I can say, if I speek for them, it is with permission only. But why would you not do it? I can understand keeping the videos and photos related only to PSV, but not the entire site with web pages and all. Maybe backed up on DVD in an archive at home for nostalgia purposes....sort of a collectors item, but not on a server.
10. Anyway, I hope you did not post this response to Geno to open another can of worms. Geez, their is enough crap flying around right now.

Let me just say this last thing. You brought some things up that I responsed to, and then you responded back, ending with "that's all I have to say on the matter". Well, I've made my FINAL comment on the subject of his banning from FF on DS. I am not going to be egged on to respond to his continual Dr. Don spin-doctoring.
