KHP Video Collection

I have noticed people enquiring about KHP videos for some time. With Paul leaving and destroying his vids, I was wondering if others have any in their possession. I have around 100 ranging from old to new, I found Paul a ground-breaking producer, especially with his Dr. Don style effects. I am more than willing to share and swap videos for other of his works. I don't want to step on other producers toes like CNB, who offer a great service, but I feel it would be a travesty not to make KHP videos more readily available. I am willing to co-operate with this board and other parties to keep it legit. Maybe we can create a special posting forum per se.

CnB posts certain ones because they own the copyright or license to publish them.

All the others, Paul owns the copyright to regardless of his feelings about the material now. The copyright always falls to the creator of the art unless legally transferred in contract.

The copyright for the movies lasts the lifetime of the author, plus 70 years after the authors death. However, if you are unsure whether the author has died, a claim can be made for public domain status at the US Copyright Office 95 years after the original publication, or 120 after the original creation date of the content.

So, basically, we will probably all be dead and gone buy the time any of his content is eligible for public domain status, whereby, it can be legally shared.

Now, Paul may not care. But, if he decides to care, the law is behind him.

Paul does care. He has authorized me to protect his copyright on all of his material, except for the CNB owned videos. No file sharing of his material will be tolerated here or allowed to be shared elsewhere.

It is a shame, because he did produce some great work, but his religious beliefs now compel him to ensure that his work that he does retain copyright to is not published anywhere.

When "Don't Answer the Phone" came out in 1980, Nicholas Worth appeared on a call-in talk show as part of the marketing campaign. Someone called and asked how he, as a Christian, could justify starring in a movie that portrays women as nothing more than targets of sex killer. He told the caller that he believed God gave him the gift of acting, and he wanted explore the full range of that gift to the best of his abilities. If that meant playing a sex killer, then so be it.

That's why I've never understood Paul's rationale for leaving the community. I get why he did it, but it's never made sense to me.

Part of the problem is that he joined the JW's and I personally believe that it's a cult, that their beliefs don't align with the Bible, and they are all caught up in works, i.e. working their way to heaven. So, that's basically why he destroyed all of his original tapes and video files. He was trying to demonstrate that he was giving up the devil's tools.

Welllllll, the devil didn't make me and give me my talents, and God don't make no junk. As a Christian, I believe that we have God-given talents, and we're not to hide or bury them. We're to use them. Hopefully, we use them for good, but we don't literally cut off our hands because they offend us. God can make use of us in many ways. Yes, I produce death fetish movies, despite my religious beliefs. Someone out there may be thinking about acting out their fantasies in the real world, but nothing in the real world can compare to a Bluestone video for seeing beautiful women undergo an erotic death. Death in the real world is never erotic. Hopefully, someone or more of these marginal people will not find this out too late by crossing the line and acting out their taboo fantasies with an unwilling, real world victim... because these videos are available to harmlessly satisfy their cravings. Who knows, but I am completely comfortable with producing them while still following my Christian beliefs to the best of my abilities. So, I believe Nicholas Worth got it right, and Paul got it wrong.

I completely understand. Even as recently, I released a project that, all told, had 8 months of prep and 62 hours of shooting and editing for 23 sales. If I did not have a wide body or work to help compensate for theses "labor of love" project, I too would find the nearest cult and drink the coo-laid.

Hi JohnM,

I agree with you about the labours of love. I have spent countless hours and loads of money to produce my new Superheroine series, especially Supernova with flying effects and film quality that rivals some Hollywood productions, but thank goodness I had my video archive of other work to cover the cost, because sales are just not enough to justify putting too much money into these productions. Only dedication, love of the work, and a little touch of insanity does that!

I don't agree about Paul using his newfound beliefs as an excuse to leave though. I corresponded with him for untold hours and many months after he left, and gauged his study of the JW Bible (and other works) as extremely detailed. He really had it down pat, like he had studied it intensely for a long time. He was trying to convince me to leave the community (which would have been a big notch in his JW belt), and warned me that I would burn in Hell if I didn't. Unfortunately for him, I am a student of the real Bible, have studied it in great detail, and have also studied many of the cults including the JW's. They have gotten it wrong so many times that they've had to re-write their belief systems more times than Geno's re-written DeadSkirts posts! (Sorry, Geno, I couldn't help it, but if you're reading this post, you shouldn't be, because KHP is still considered a swear word on DS. ). So, he tried to convince me to leave the community, I tried to convince him to look at true Christianity, and we parted agreeing to disagree, but with him requesting that I not permit his videos to be shared on FF, which wasn't a hard pledge to make, since I am against piracy of all community producers' work.

I have that movie in my collection. of course the beginning scene is one of my favorites too. I agree on what he said too. he played a fantasy sex killer character. he put his imagination and soul into it. He used his gift that he was born with. carpenter and craven and hitchcock did the same thing. carpenter helped create michael myers. a character of pure evil and seemed to find creative ways to off nurses and babysitters. Im sure there is people out there that have said how could you have created such a character and movie. carpenter followed his heart and used his imagination that god gave him too.

I agree on your views on this topic. I believe in god too. Im a good person at heart. Also been blessed with having a imagination that creates fantasies. the beast in me craves horror movies and clips of sexy women being strangled or even shot with a arrow. I usually call it my inner demons but as one person once told me. its the beast in us. the movies we watch. the stories we write. that is how we feed it. it likes fantasy. I like to see women with hose on in reality. their feet become part of a fantasy character in my mind or that person becomes a fantasy only character in my mind. the borrow of reality for our fantasy only cravings. In reality death is sad. reality has horror that isnt erotic but brings a frown. fantasies bring a smile and maybe a hard on.

It's sad that Paul's not only left, but left in such a fashion that it's left a sting in some people that they'll never get over. It also sucks he took a lot of good work with him. Some of his actresses couldn't act their way out of a paper bag, but that was the nature of the community at the time. We had a handful of talent and a whole lot of girls that really can't emote to save their lives but were willing to do the work, put hours of their time into it, and made beautiful corpses. And for those reasons alone, we need to forgive those early genre stars because we couldn't have what we have today without them. That said, he had a few gems too. I especially have always loved Nicole and Britton! Britton was a natural actress that could read well as well as portray a strong death, with a slow diminishing of strength, and she had that easy going southern charm. Nicole was so beautiful that her "deficiencies" (which aren't deficiencies to me, but you know, this is erotica and people with gap teeth and are members of the itty bitty titty committee are looked down upon in the erotic genre no matter how cute they are), and with her breathy voice and ability to hyperventilate on command portrayed pure, unadulterated panic better than anyone else in the community ever has.

I wish the non-CNB work was available legally. I downloaded a fair share of it back in the day, before an independent bank account and a debit card, and still know a few of the places I got the stuff from, but I've moved past that now and thanks to financial independence that I didn't have at several years back, I can partake of of CNB's offerings now. And I know what they've got out is only a fraction of what they possess, so in theory there's still years of good stuff to come back our way. And for that let's be thankful.

What a shame. I suppose my wife and I will continue to enjoy them ourselves, not to mention the quality videos from the other producers here. We too are Christian and I feel that if we share these films together, then we are hurting no one else. She is a real find, both of us are into navel stabbing and shooting, makes for hot sessions. Her only complaint and mine too, is that there is very little, except for Necrobabes, of female to male navel play. There used to be some people on these forums years ago, both male and female who were right into it, but it seems to have gone by the by. Mainstream movies usually have no erotic appeal whatsoever, usually the female perp is some cold bitch or a panicky crying thing, no sensuality. Anyway, maybe a producer could try a few scenes, preferably sexual, where the man and woman shoot and stab each other in the navel, any thoughts?
