For the record, until I 'slipped' and without thinking made a mistake today and by habit made two quick response posts at Wally World of one short paragraph each (true! ), one post by Vanessa about a panty-hose movie is the only female post to Wally's site (other than the Story Forum) in about 2 weeks.

And there has been no planned mass exodus of women nor anything 'talked about' privately in terms of leaving or not posting there; the 'demographics' have merely shifted 'over time' and now cannot be ignored as 'insignificant' or 'without reason'.

When people are not forced to live under dictatorships and find, finally, the same pleasures (but without the cartoonish and upsetting behaviors) elsewhere with their Friends joining them, people leave the dictators' 'areas'. At some point someone at Wally World will notice and comment about the lack of any females, specifically Kelli and Grace but mostly Kelli because of her long-term popularity......or, if they do not do so, it will explain further why women are no longer posting there.

The women in the community never wanted a 'women only' site, lord no....lol. We want a happy one populated by two sexes, as at least many of the men enjoy also.

And in the end, there is one single reason why 'over time' all the women have departed in one way or another from Wally World and gathered elsewhere where there is nothing but positivity among Members..and from Moderators/Owners.

Those in Wally World can either care or not care about that gender lack there, it's no sweat off our fine behinds.

Piece out....er...I mean piece IN of course, and peace out.

Reminds me of the new movie remake coming out, of Five Easy Pieces....starring Steph, Lady Ash, Grace, Kelli, and Sandi.

Besides, it's more intimate in small towns as long as enough of its people are involved.

Wow it was cool to revisit this old thread...

We did indeed have some technical "blinks" over at FetNoir during our first months (everything has been going smoothly for just ages since then, thank goodness!). Kelli of course took her hiatus from the community overall back in March, but she is and always will be absolutely beloved. In the meantime I have carried on as the sole moderator over at FN, and I truly love every second spent in the company of all the wonderful people in our circle.

I still adore your "small town" analogy Blue honey, and how you have infused Femme Fatalities with that philosophy. Being your neighbor in that small town is just a joy.

oh yes I guess you can see it as small little towns. fantasy killer characters live in them that we create. we as members hang around in them as well and can also can be seen as viewers. its a combination. A place in itself where we chat and our fantasies thrive. Me as a writer I sometimes incorporate femme fatalities philosophy in my work as well as my own horror tastes. they blend nicely as my work improves over time. through boards in general my work as improved. fleshed out scenes and characters.

Great to have you visiting and posting on FF, neighbour.

Sorry to hear that Kelli had to take a break. I for one know just how much time and effort goes into running sites like Fetnoir and FF. Sometimes, you can just feel overwhelmed and burnt out. Hopefully, she will come back to the community soon, even if just as an occasional poster.

The other side of the coin is that you now have double work. I experienced this when GMan took a sabbatical from FF for a long time. Something had to give, and it ended up being the paid membership area of FF. Otherwise, I would have burnt myself out trying to post new updates there as well as filming, editing and promoting my own videos. Take this into account with your situation, Grace, and don't stretch yourself too thin. Just some advice from someone who's been there and done that.

Thanks Blue, you have always been such a good friend.

I have certainly learned what a huge endeavor it is to run a busy and vibrant community board as you do here at FF...it is a tidal wave every day, to be sure! Fortunately I have always been a bit hyper, lol, so I buzz around the FetNoir board every day in a happy state of dead/sexy bliss. But I will take your advice to heart, hon, and I'll be sure to take good care of myself.

Kelli is much missed, but I keep in touch with her, and she seems happy, which is the most important thing always. I hope too that in time she will come back to FN and FF as at least an occasional poster, bringing her bright and sassy, fun and smart spirit.

And I am enjoying coming here to just hang out as one of the gang...FF has always been such a marvelous place. Love you!
