With only one exception by Bluestone, "Truth or Consequences" released earlier this year, every hanging I have ever seen advertised featured models dropped from raised platforms. I have zero interest in that.
Are there logistical issues with different types of hangings, or is there not enough interest in, for example, having victims lassoed from above and lifted up where they last stepped while going about their business?
