Kerie is the next victim of Frank the serial killer, who on the subterfuge of rehearsing a strangulation scene, terrorizes Kerie by really strangling her. He stops intermittently to allow her to catch her breath, challenging her to try to escape, but her attempts prove unsuccessful. He finally tires of the taunting, and finishes her off with a final, brutal strangle!
