Bored Houswife Murders-- a written version?

Posted in comments after my latest movie in this series: Bored Housewife Murders: Lady Ash.


I thought about doing a written version of 'Bored Housewife Murders.'

One of the plot twists I thought about doing is that the entire rape and murder are just roleplaying and the woman is still alive at the end.

That leads to two diferent alternatives:
1. The husband comes home and finds his wife (playing dead,) and he is so remorseful that he neglected his wife that he makes love to her (play-dead) body, which leads to more Husband-Wife roleplay. (See: Bored Hoouse Wife Murders: Steph. Not quite this scenario.) But I wasn't sure I wanted to promote (anonymous) infidelity as resolving spousal problems.

2. As a consequence of the above uncertainity, I thought then it may be a good idea if it were always the husband who played the role of the rapist-murderer-- to add spice to the failing marriage.
(She calls the Bored Houswife Murderer, which is a service, the service contacts the husband, and sends him to role-play murdering and raping his wife.)
As you may notice, the ending of this latest movie was influenced by this idea.

I'm a bit burned out on writing right now; so I don't think I will develope this into a written series.
And, I wonder just how this particular audience would react if the murder always turned out to be roleplay.

For some reason I find pretend pretend murder just as erotic as pretend murder. In other words gun fun, ham acting (or beefcake acting ), and general pretend work for me, although part of me goes for 'realism' as well or instead.

Just strange I guess!
