Suzi plays a real estate agent who is showing a home to a client, but he seems more interested in her than in the property. When he starts to come on too strong, she pushes him away, and is about to scream when he seizes her by the throat and starts strangling her. He plays with her for a while, releasing her briefly at one point and offering to let her go, but she doesn't get far. He strangles her on her feet, then lowers her dead body to the floor.
