You can campaign, but it's better to post reviews and tell people why this video is worthy of winning in one or both of the categories for which it was nominated. Also, it's a little early to campaign, because the actual awards will be voted on in early 2012, once the year is over and all nominations from all 4 quarters of 2011 have been finalized.
