Clip Help

I'm looking for a video that used to be on the paid portion of the old femmegore site. It was a ppv sample featuring a woman, possibly Debbie D, in a shootout in a bedroom. The male shoots her several times while she is on the bed, whereupon she falls facedown on the bed while wearing a thong.

The video seemed quite old. Does anyone have it? Does anyone know which video this might be? I assume that since it was being shared freely as a sample, that no one would object to sharing it once again, if we could identify it.

I have something that seems to fit that description, I think it looks like a bit of an old wave movie. Its only a brief clip though. I will find it and try to e mail it to you should be below attachment limit.

Smudger....oh wonderful of most Highs, oh Purveyor all things Wise and Good (ok, I'll stop...lol)....I posted a question thread 'elsewhere' to help LTerry and Sandi hopefully recover that clip. I'd love to have it again also, if you could possibly send me the same link or email.

It's tough to lose 'old favorites' and not be able to find them again. Fortunately, as long as a clip is not 'off limits' for obvious reasons such as a Producer is still selling it, someone around these parts has it....LOL!

Anyway, I'm not trying to make more work for you, but it would surely be appreciated, as all efforts from all Members to help Others are appreciated!

Ha ha! I actually posted a reply to your query on DS after I found I had the clip, I had to use an alias, because at the time smudger hadn't been let out of jail. I made the mistake of referrring you to here. When I looked again the post was gone. I surmise because someone wouldn't want it to be thought the request could be answered anywhere but on HIS board.

So, at 4.41 DS board time, I posted the same thing again. Perfectly polite as the saved thread will show.

By 4.43 it had disappeared again.

When I tried to put it up again, I got a notice stating I was "on vacation". Deleted the cookie so got straight back on- but what a business!

How can you even hope to deal with someone like that, Sandi?

I apologize if my request has gotten you banned from DS. It really is difficult trying to determine what a raving sociopath like Geno is going to find offensive. I'm sorry if my request cost you your posting privileges.

I wish more people would start using this board instead. Geno makes my brain hurt, especially when trying to keep up with his aliases. I don't know to how many he would admit, but his grammar and syntax tell a story of him being, in fact, many of the people on his "very popular" board.

Again, I appreciate your help and apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Absolutely no problem, my friend. What I did was to advise Sandi that her search was over. Perfectly politely and without any sort of snipe at that board or its owner.

Geno is becoming more and more erratic. The vacations are coming through more and faster than I have ever seen before. There is something seriously wrong with him for which he should be seeking help especially if he is being let loose with a gun!

I would steer clear of shopping malls in L.A. if I were you!

The clip discussed above is from a Wave production and is copyrighted material. Even if it was not available for sale, the copyright still belongs to the producer. In this case, Wave still offers all of their vast collection of movies for sale. So, it is available. Now, Wave produced feature length movies, but unlike mainstream movies where a death scene clip can be posted for review purposes, Wave's productions center on the death fetish. The death scenes are the only reason that the movies were made in the first place. Therefore, trading of clips from Wave movies on this board, or through this board, is strictly prohibited. Wave is a permitted advertising producer on FF, so please support them with your purchases. Thank you.

I fully agree with what you say. However the clip I have is not the movie, nor did I cut it from the movie. It is a 40 second clip which I believe was put up as a free "taster" on another site. I certainly did not pay for it, and, to judge by other responses elsewhere, others have done the same. Indeed it appears that LTerry and Sandi previously had this clip so obtained it in the same way as I did. The little excerpt (as opposed of course to the movie from which it comes) was therefore, I believe, already in public domain. If the purpose of publishing the short excerpt was to induce people to purchase the movie, then there can surely be no sin in passing it on as it could further the same end.

I have had it some years and, frankly, cannot remember where I found it. But it was a bona fide site and definitely not a pirate house.

I understand the movie is "The Terrorists" obtainable from Wave.

I have discussed this elsewhere. The clip was offered for free on the Femmegore paysite a number of years ago. Yes, it seems it was a teaser trailer that was offered from a larger clip. Gary might well be staking his copyright claim on another board (as he is welcome to do), but he has offered it for free in the past in its current format. I am NOT advocating piracy in this matter, nor is anyone else. We are simply abiding by the parameters established by the copyright holder when he put it into circulation. This clip was put into circulation for free BY THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER, not by we meagre peasants who must be content to feed on the pathetic scraps that producers feel they can deign to toss us from their great tables on high. Gary put it on Femmegore as a commercial for his product, not as a full-fledged movie. No laws have been broken, neither in the general public nor in any possible interpretation of the rules governing this or any other board.

I have put plenty of money into the pockets of producers in the last little while, and I simply won't be spoken to as though I'm a pirate of this product.

Yes, trailers and promotional videos are certainly in the public domain. So, if that is what this video consists of, there would be no copyright infringement. Thanks for the clarification.

No need to get upset. I never called anyone on this thread a pirate. I merely posted a very gentle copyright reminder. Believe me, when I go after pirates, there's absolutely nothing understated about my posts. A pirate will know when I'm on the warpath, because there will be blood on the floor Gary of Wave claimed copyright with respect to this clip on another board, and I posted a warning here because of his statement. I have received clarification from two well-respected members of this board. It now appears that Gary's claim, and my warning, were made without knowledge or recollection that this was a free promotional clip. Gary is a member here and is free to comment, or not. For now, I consider this matter closed. End of story

Yes, here we have a webmaster whose aim when there is a problem is to use a fire extinguisher on the flames. Elsewhere, there is a place where gasoline is thrown on them. I am wondering if you should be planning your vacation, LT, for speaking your mind over there. He banned my clone for far less.

You're very welcome, LT. I try to maintain a balanced approach, which has to take into account all points of view. I protect my advertiser-producers, if I think they need it, but not blindly, and certainly not at the expense of good members such as you. Concern was raised elsewhere, but the facts were revealed here. I've always thought that God gave us two ears but only one mouth, so that we can listen twice as much as we talk

As it was pointed out, the clip in question comes from a review G-Man did for the movie The Terrorists back in 1997, I believe. I have no problem with people accessing clips that were used as promos in reviews.

The problem comes when more than that is used or traded.

And as I posted elsewhere, if anyone has any questions about clips featuring WAVE actresses such as Debbie D, Tina Krause, Dawn Murphy, Pamela Sutch, Barbara Joyce, and others, just e-mail me. If it's from one of our movies, I'll let you know which one.

And yes, every movie we've ever produced is still available for sale. So if there's something you want, let me know.
