The basis of the storytelling for the site is that schadenfreude/noir feel where the bad guys win and the sexy heroines meet sexy demises. We know what we want.

But under the right circumstances, I'd be more than willing to root for Darkwing to win.

And I don't mean the peril path where it's 99% the same as the extreme storyline, except the heroine pulls out a single winning "surprise I win!" at the end. I'm talking about a 100% winning scenario.

I'm not sure what kind of win I'd want to see. It would have to be earned, and it absolutely cannot be a situation where a 90 pound girl beats up a 200 pound male by being "the bestest evar." Mary Sues and Girl Bosses need not apply.

Probably a "loses then wins" scenario would make more people happy.

It might also help your case with credit card companies.

Just a thought.

Here's a crazy idea: we fix the Silver Cat costume, and make a video at the same time.

Interested parties send in URLs of costume elements, which they will pay for if approved by The Powers That Be.

Silver Yoga Pants from Amazon

Then we do a video of Jenny doing a fashion runway walk with all the costumes, supposedly to benefit a charity.

In the end, it was all a trap and she gets knocked out and kidnapped backstage by the members of the villainous charitable organization.

Afterwards she should hopefully have at least one new look to use moving forward.

What would you like to see in the future in Bluestone videos?

I know it's probably never going to happen, but I would love to see an (implied) wetting scene, either for a lack of oxygon or the fear of being killed overwhelming the heroine. I could totally live with it being done in post production with VFX, much like the "orgasmic squirts" we used to have. Would love it the most if it was a rookie heroine or someone with less experience like Teen Bat.

My honest opinion: More heroines, less girls in office atire. And if you do heroines: less full body suits and more leotards/costumes with skirts and pantyhose.
I might be in the minority here, but it feels like there are less and less of these releases.

Hiring two actresses costs more money and raises the budget. If you want to see that, support Bluestone, and buy the films, the more money we have the more we can do. Then yes, we'll be able to hire two actresses.

It always depends on the actresses, if they want to do it. Most of the actresses say no. We mostly hire good-looking actresses and not porn actresses, so yes most say no.

I am still holding out for one along the lines of Marvel's Psylocke, or Ms Marvel (early 80's Dave Cockrum costume). And make it someone who can really kick the bad guy's asses, even if they do not always win/rarely win!

Serious question.... given the financial challenges, would Bluestone not consider moving to a more custom / semi-custom approach as a lot of producers in the industry have?

Inevitably everyone has different tastes, but whilst the selling of "elements" for $50/100 contribution on recent movies has been admirable, I do think it sometimes creates a slightly disjointed movie where it feels like elements are having to be squeezed in to cater for everybody as opposed to some of the earlier movies which in my mind are almost cinematic in their quality.

I wonder if the future is a single customer commissioning a semi-custom with a very high level outline of the story / character / some key elements (obviously within reason of what has been done before and what the actress is comfortable with) for $1,000+ (just throwing an example figure out there) and if they want a more prescriptive custom where they control everything then obviously the cost needs to reflect that?

Not wanting to pour water on anyone's ideas but just want to throw it out there for discussion. It's something i'd personally consider.

Thanks for the suggestion, and we have considered and actually acted on this approach a couple of times. The results have not been superior to our other initiatives such as selling elements, etc. Part of our financial woes as of late resulted from having to remove virtually all of our inventory from the Silk 'N Blood store and start a new store with more limited payment options. A lot of our income comes from the sale of our huge inventory to the community and beyond through guest credit card purchases. This is why we have worked to find a way to return much of our inventory to the Silk 'N Blood store. Hopefully, we can return to the sales volumes that we need to support our productions in 2025. Blue & Director B, I know you do not allow any direct communication between your actresses and their public/fans/customers who buy your movies, but do you ever filter them any feed back from those who have brought and praised or critiqued the movies - ie tell them what has worked, what didn't, what was most popular with fans/buyers of said movies etc?
