CnB: Howard quit this community and CnB

Howard quit this community and CnB 2 weeks ago for personal reasons and caught me off guard. I thought he would post something but, when and if, he does he can state the reasons, if he wants.
He has been with CnB for 15 years and we got along well the entire time. A friendship that rarely happens, we could read each other thoughts and the direction the site should take. He will be greatly missed!
I got someone to replace him and I am working long hours to keep the site on course. It will be a long time, if ever, you will see advertisements as only Howard could do.
The site is updating with every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday as usual with the same producers as before.
I took a pic of the member's 'What's New' page so you can see the updates.

I was getting concerned when I haven't been seeing any posts in the producers advertising forums lately. I'm sorry to hear of Howard's departure.

Hey Dennis,
I thought Howard would have given you some warning. He told me that he had to stop doing my ads a while ago, because of his personal beliefs, which I respect. So, I simply went back to doing my own ads and have for a couple of months now. Fortunately for me, or unfortunately depending on your perspective, I always have updated my own site myself anyway. I'm glad that you've got someone to replace him though. Your customers get worried when they don't see your regular ads.

Hi Blue,
Since you brought up 'his personal beliefs' about 6 months ago but felt it was okay to continue with CnB indefinitely as this was not a conflict of interests. This was after he conferred with others and Wendy who does the credit cards and worked for a number of years with with a very well known and respected Christian group.
A few weeks ago I got an email stating he quit his other jobs and will quit CnB in a week. I asked him to stay for another 3 months to complete the current memberships or until I could get someone to help me with the site. He agreed but I could tell in his tone it was going to be a real effort for him. Additionally there was strong note of urgency in his emails.
I was lucky to find someone that could take over the updates quickly and so far they are on time and well done. The next project I will give him is advertising but that may be a month off. I will post something every week regarding the updates.
Howard was very thankful that I found someone and would immediately delete everything on his computers from CnB and all material from this community.
I certainly respect his beliefs and I hope nothing else is going on as a terminal disease or similar.
At any rate, the producers are the same on CnB and the posting are on time with about a year's reserve of new videos. Susy and I have been working for a while on new direction in her productions where her actresses are more sensuous and sexy in their manner and acting. The start of these videos will be this week.
On the bottom line, I miss Howard a very good friend of 15 years and hope his future is good to him.
