Okay, fess up, who's your favourite superheroine, why, and if you were able to do anything to her you wanted, what would it be?

Oh, a related question... Who would you want to play your favourite superheroine on the silver screen, if you could choose any living or dead person who ever lived on this planet?

Wow! Fantastic question(s):
SuperGirl - traditional costume. Why? Loved the power and also the vulnerabilities. The skirt hid the treasure (WW showed too much), the top, tight which showed curves. Costume colors are perfect, the "S" draws attention to breasts. What would I do? (1) leave the costume on! SG without costume is not SG. Trap her by magic or greenK, bind her to cross or on table, spread eagle, ball gag, maybe blind folded. Play with the body. Rub green K cream over her body (like Rye's 1984 but thicker and stickier goo). Have another female villain also enjoy her body. Let her go or escape so we can do it again. My choice of actress's are many. Unfortunately, top 20 would NOT include Helen (sorri but I think if a more dynamic actress played the role, we could possibly have seen more movies or TV series). Top 4 in their time are: (4) Morgan Fairchild, (3) Tiffini Thiesen (she knows how to kiss another lady), (2) Heather Locklear, (1) Heather Thomas (she had soo much potential to be a powerful (dirty) actress)! Oh, any SG movie, series, I would ensure there was a good portion of the time where she was in her regular clothes, (costume underneath) and in peril situations where we know she can kick ass but she can't without giving up here identity - maybe tight white blouse or sweater where we can see hints of the "S" underneath. I think that would be CRAZY HOT! - Thanks for asking - Braces

Raven. Hands down. I feel like she's incredibly well-rounded as a character, and her struggles with her own inner darkness resonates. She's also very classically beautiful.

Trying to pick who would play her is very hard though. She would have to be young but appear to have an old soul, if that makes sense. That's hard to find.

My favorites were, I suspect, engrained in me during my childhood years by what I was exposed to on TV- Wonder Woman, Batgirl, and Supergirl. Oddly enough, though, I had the least exposure to Supergirl, but she might now be my favorite, followed by Wonder Woman. There is something about that costume - the colors, the way the top hugs her torso and arms, and of course the skirt and legs. As Braces17 said, the skirt hides something (while still being suggestive and sexy). I've always loved skirts. I've also come to love the type of fabric that is often now used in Supergirl costumes in the genre (is it lycra? spandex?), over the cotton-type costume from the Helen Slater movie.

My favorite heroine is Wonder Woman. As far as actresses to play her: A young Jane Russell or Angelina Jolie.

For me, it’s all about Supergirl and Power Girl. I think what does it for me it’s the fact that they’re so mighty and powerful, but then just a little green rock makes them crumble in the floor in agony. I love the cocky attitude Power Girl has in the comics, and her sexy costume.

I believe a young Sienna Miller would have been a great Supergirl, and maybe Diora Baird for Power Girl, but I’d prefer some unknown actress to make it look more real. :mrgreen:

I think my favorite heroine is Rogue, from Xmen. Kind of a weird pick, but I love the accent and attitude that she has. When I say Rogue, I am referring more to the cartoon/comics as opposed to the movies. I actually dislike Rogue from the movies, as they decided to make her young and inexperienced, which should have been Jubilee, rather than Rogue. Don't know why they wasted Rogue on a character like that. Oh well.

As far as casting, I don't know who I would get. As long as it is someone who can play an adult Rogue that is 'sassy' and wreckless. Not some weak, goody two-shoes girl, which seems to be the angle they took in the movies.

There is no other Power Girl except Tawnya Manion in my eyes.

Not a weird pick at all. I always thought that Rogue from the X-Men comics was real sexy. In fact, Storm and Lorna Dane were also hot when the right artist was drawing them.

I like Jubilee and Kitty Pryde myself. But Rogue is VERY hot. I loved her in the cartoon.

I like Huntress, she's pretty good, and also Black Widow - both are heroines but pretty close to the edge/dividing line :ybat:

Yeah, Huntress is more of a Punisher type anti-heroine. Even the Earth-2/Helena Wayne version is more willing to walk the line than either of her parents were. You kinda have to be if your chosen weapon is a crossbow instead of a batarang or a bull whip.

And yeah, Black Widow walks the line just because she's a spy first and foremost, and not a heroine. She's still got that "win or escape at all costs and fight another day" mentality imprinted in her, and given her continued connections to the likes of SHIELD and the Secret Avengers, it's never left her.

I like 'bad girls' anyway, but both the Huntress and the Black Widow are not heroines in the true sense of the word (like Supergirl is a true 'heroine'). In fact you could argue that both are actually supervillains with a few good redeaming points, or heroines with a dark side...
