But not as easy as you think. This actress's face seems so familar, but I can't place it. I see she's holding a broken bottle, but you really didn't say if she was the one who got shot.
Looks like a western, probably from the 1950s.

The actress is Marie Windsor
The guy in the background is Edgar Buchannan
The movie is "The Silver Star" (1955)
IMDB page: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0048619/

How much did I win?

Al

P.S. Marie Windsor also is shot to death on a train (off camera) in the suspense
thriller "The Narrow Margin," that is considered by many critics to be the finest B
feature ever made. Without question it’s a great flick, but my vote goes to the
gritty and ultra-low-budget "Detour," a true film noir in every sense of the term
But then I'm not a critic. Both are available from Netflix.

"Detour" is available for free IA.

But really, good job.
I've never seen this movie.
Perhaps if I had recognized Edger B sooner.
And it's been too long since I've seen Marie W in a movie-- so I didn't recognise her soon enough.

You got me, partner!
Shot down in the street like a dog!

BTW "The Silver Star" is paired on a double-feature DVD with "The
Lonesome Trail" that's available from Netflix. Think I'll rent it. I haven't
seen "The Lonesome Trail" and it's at least 50 years since I've seen
"The Silver Star" when it was one of the staples of late-night TV. I'm
not a huge westerns fan, but B western shoot 'em ups can be a lot
of fun.

Six-gunned down when my back was turned!

Then it must be one of the following, They are the only other
B&W oaters Marie appeared In:

"The Showdown" (1950)
"The Tall Texan" (1953)
"Two-Gun Lady" (1955)

After 1955 Ms Windsor all-but abandoned the big screen for
a long and successful TV career.

The answer is Marie Windsor,"Two-Gun Lady".
She is shot to death by Earle Lyon while she's struggling to take his gun.
I will post scene soon.

I recognized her from the original "The Narrow Margin", but I couldn't think of her name.
