Here's the set up.
Guy grabs women..in one scene woman gets in car and feels a bump, heard dog yip, sees dogs tail in side view mirror, gets out , dog behind car, man grabs her..... ( dog is OK)

Next scene. Woman in room - tank, glass on two - three sides, at intervals it fills part way with water, finally drowning her. I think there are cameras streaming this to internet?
Final scene ( i'm looking for this ) kidnapper (now killer) returns opening door to room - we see the woman floating in middle of tank ( drowned) she has nerve spasm, scares him, and then he turns a valve draining away water.

Movie made in last 10 years or so. Want to rent or buy for above scene as pic reference, for a drawing...
