A lot of domain registrars take this seriously; find out where he has it registered using this tool and send them an email about the situation (be polite and kind). Worst case they cant do anything; best case there is usually a process in which you can petition that as it is the name of your business and the only reason he owned it was as detriment to you, they will offer to sell it to you for the normal cost of registration. It varies by provider, but we dealt with that a lot where I used to work as 'gun for hire IT specialists'. Worth a try:

Sorry to keep posting, but I'm moving faster than my brain is. Here is their policy on the matter; I haven't read it, but saving time and maybe some people can look it over:

First, I have to put my Moderator's hat on:
You are posting from the member name daphne, but talk about her in the third person. Are you using her account? or are you her producer? (if so, you should sign your work).
See, you are posting about someone stealing her business by using her name, but you are in effect doing the same.... just be careful in the future.

Now-
from what I read in Bhael's link, you should have no problem is protesting both his stolen links. They clearly violate the policy. Be prepared to show that you had your sites up first, and you will have to name names ( including your own).
Be polite, frame your request as you are asking for their help ( not as a demand) and hope for the best.

NP is right, of course. The use of another's member account is not permitted. Kindly apply for a second member account under which you can post as Daphne's producer. You can choose any unused username, even 'Daphne's Producer', if you wish. Just don't use her member account in the future, or, if she is not going to use it, email me and request that I change the username for that account.
