URL Will Not Work for Video X

Hi Blue,
I just ordered Video X from the Silk 'n Blood site but the URL from the email just gives me a blank white screen with 'Silk 'n Blood store' on the bar. I did a direct copy/paste but no soap. What can I try? The order number is #9529 from your email. Thanks!

Hi Heartbreaker,
You can do exactly what you have done. Simply bring any problem at all that you have with the Bluestone store and sites to my attention, and I will make sure that you get your video or a full refund.
I get emails from customers now and again who encounter difficulties with their purchases, so I simply work with them through email until we find a solution.
I have emailed you another copy of the access codes and suggested some potential browser blocking at your end. Email me if the new access code still refuses to work. I just tested it, and it works fine for me.

Sorry Blue, this won’t work either, even if manually entered. The thing is, just a couple days ago it worked fine when I ordered ‘Sudden Frenzy’ (which is intense!). I only have Windows IE 9 and am running a computer with Windows Vista. Is there another link I can try or a file hosting site? My post today of custom art was sent to me via Filedropper and it worked well.

Facing a similar problem, I changed my browzer to Firefox. Microsoft IE seems to be outlawed in the northern regime. Perhaps this is a Silk Videos statement versus Gates, now deceased.

Got it! Thanks Blue, but I still don't know why I had this problem. It's the only time it's happened. The link to 'Sudden Frenzy' worked just fine.

These beautiful actresses were found by my co-producers... and there are many more where they came from! 
Glad I was able to get the video to you. Not sure what the problem was, but since you were able to download your other Silk Videos' purchases without incident, it was probably just an Internet blip. They happen now and again. I can't blame Bill Gates for this one... or can I?

Actually, I have a fair collection of original UKSG's from back in 2007 & 8 when you had your own web site. Some worked for me and some didn't, but I have some real faves in the archives. If any of your originals have been lost, I may still have them.
Both Mink and Emma G. gave us what I think most ashpyx fans like myself are craving, and that's a very beautiful actress who can really perform. Plus, their faces and bodies are showcased while they perform and that's critical to the intensity of the clip, at least IMHO. I would prefer far less screen time for the male actors, but then I'm not the producer. Suppose Mink did a custom? Is that a possibility?
