The latest up date at HVT is CAPTIVE LANDLORD, starring Debbie D and Scarlet. Two girls don't have the rent money when landlord comes knocking. They decide to seduce him then kidnap him so they can use his credit cards and money. They tie him up and tease him with topless nudity. When they go to work, he escapes and reeks revenge on each one as they return. He satifies the rent and his lust after strangling each with a rope.
