Poll: How did she die? (Photo Manip Request)

I found this picture in a Wallpaper website and immediately thought: How did this lovely lady meet her demise?
I have no photo manipulation abilities (I don't even know what program to use), but I thought if I posted this picture, some kind artist would be inspired to add the appropriate effect. But what would be the appropriate effect? Hence the poll.
I have reduced the size from 1920 x 1080.
Since this is my poll I will give my opinion first. I imagine an arrow protuding from her right (upper) breast.
In the past 24 hours I have made my first post, and now my first topic. If I can think up a scenario, I may just also have my first story.

Its perfectly plausible and within reason that this woman took a walk among the sand dunes in that beautiful lime green dress of hers when she stopped in her tracks to recall why she was out there to begin with. She is then tapped on the shoulder whereupon she turns in surprise only to have a navy cutlas driven into her breast by Redeemer who had happened to have been following her around all morning waiting for this very opportunity.

Tried to pull the knife out then staggered off the beach into the dunes behind and collapsed.
Cutlasses are sooo Eighteenth Century!

Perhaps a slow-acting poison from a fruity beach drink? As she walks she feels it travel through her veins, culminating in a very peaceful rest.
