Need Help With a Clip Request

I don't really think I can call this a clip request as I have utterly no recollection of the title or format of the clip I'm talking about.
There was a film, possibly made for TV, that I saw probably around 20 years ago. From what I remember, the film was about a series of murders, all of whose victims were related, possibly sisters, where the victims were all initially strangled to unconsciousness, and then placed in a meat locker with their legs bound and pulled up as if in a hogtie, but the other end of the rope running to a noose around their neck. They always had a burlap sack over their head, and supposedly the cold caused their legs to cramp up and strangle them to death. The protagonist of the film is one of the potential victims who manages to escape prior to the main part of the film. She investigates the deaths, eventually suspecting her father or some other patriarchal figure. However, when she is showing him one of the nooses from a past murder without telling her its origin, he explains to her how the knot seems to be tied backwards, as though by a lefty. This immediately shifts her suspicion to someone else. Not long after that person tried to kill her again, but she is saved by the timely intervention of her mother, who had apparently known all along.
