PM me for details about a certain person ordering customs and then editing them themselves and putting them up on other sites to be downloaded for free.

Clearly, this person is psychotic.

Well it is within our original agreement as a customer with producers like you that upon purchase of films or custom films that the limit of that license is reserved for home and personal viewing only. Therefore we cannot legally sell, distribute, share or even alter said films without proper permission from the producer. Cloud storage while being used for personal back-up does technically follow the same status as a sharing site if you think about it, it's on a server that you do not own nor manage and even though you can set up privacy within the storage the fact remains that the files can be accessed by a third party in alternative ways.

That's my long-winded way of saying your in the right here Brandy.

Thank you so much ArcRaven. I'm glad someone has some common sense about things. I was starting to feel like the world has gone mad. This guy is sending me at least 5 threatening e-mails per day. I don't know what to do at this point, but he's really starting to frighten me..

Is there anyway to track his IP? If so then it's possible to take a legal route, this is bordering on harassment so you should have a valid case that can hold up in any court. Save those e-mails as they can be used as evidence. I would suggest either printing them or take screen-shots to keep backups immediately.

That should at least get him banned and hopefully end this issue, if not you can go about with legal action as I stated before seeing as he did break the contract and now is harassing you. I hope everything works out fine and if I may add my two cents in I thoroughly enjoyed the custom I ordered from you and found the quality to be quite splendid.

I still would love to order another one in the future, I just need to allocate the funds to support the order.

Thank you ArcRaven. I'm glad someone sees why I'm so upset about this. I will still do private customs for a select few like yourself that have proven yourself worthy and to those that have been long standing members of my fan group, otherwise I'm done. Not worth the hassle anymore.
