Video File Down Load Test

I got a new computer recently and all new software.
So I made a video file (avi) of a scene from "The Astral Factor"

The video works, but it's awfully choppy.

Hey G-Man,

Got it to play, but you have to be logged into the FF Private Members Club to view it. Plus the colours keep changing, and I don't think it's the scene itself. At one point everything's in a green hue, then almost black & white at another point. Nice scene though.

P.S. On second thought, it looks like the color changes are from the lighting in the on stage performance. Duh!

I moved it to a open area.
Also changed it to a AVI file
It uses half the space.

OH!!!
BTW, which video file would be better to post AVI or MPeg4
Both seem to save the same amount of space.
