I cannot speak for the other videos that are featured, as I only produced one of them. But the scene 'Asphyxia Lesson' that I produced has only ever been available as a Pay-per-View video. Relatively few people have purchased more than 100 PPV videos, and yet there are thousands, if not tens of thousands of videos for this community that have been produced over the years (I've shot a thousand of them myself).
Yes, one can say that because 'Asphyxia Lesson' has been posted before as a PPV video, it is not 'new' content. But if CNB was paying for four absolutely original videos every week, none of you would be able to afford a membership. As it is, there may be a handful of CNB members who happen to have purchased 'Asphyxia Lesson' as a PPV video, but the vast majority, likely in the 99% range, for them it is an entirely new video.

That's right, CNB membership is very good value for what is offered, as I have been there for some years, some of the older clips come around again, but there will be many newer members who don't have them, plus other clips on offer are brand new.
