In part one, a government plan for a surgical strike on Audrey Mathers fails leaving a lovely corpse dangling in her bonds and her supposed co-conspirator in danger for his life.

In part two, an unlikely couple struggles to uncover Audrey's ruthless plan to murder her remaining "guests" while she escapes with a boat load of a sexually enslaving drug. All before the government can unleash it's one-man lethal strike force!

The death toll climbs skyward as the Masked Avenger arrives to dispense his brand of justice to Audrey's gorgeous henchwomen. Meanwhile, Annette and the love enslaved Chet seek to unlock the secret behind the "emasculator" and confront the drug's inventor. Is there an antidote to this powerful drug?
