A new social network site just officially went live that caters specifically to folks with 'our' darker fetishes, darkfetishnet.com . This is much like a Facebook site but more geared towards communicating and sharing than simply expressing one's self. I am not officially involved other than having helped a bit to beta test the site, it was started by Sergey of Russian Necroporn, so you can be pretty certain it will remain as friendly to our fetishes as you could ever hope for.

Please do at the very least stop by to check it out. It's still small, having only hours ago gone public, but there is already a fair bit of browsable things there. I've uploaded myself a few hundred photos and several videos of my own. And do register. Some of the content is only viewable to registered members. The site is free, so don't be bashful.

Apparently you are not the only one who is having problems signing up. I have no idea what is causing the problem, but I have reported it on the feedback board over there. I'll post here if any clue develops.

Email verification has now been turned off. Apparently the verification Emails were being stopped by anti-spam filters, either those of the individuals, or various ISPs. Those Emails were part of an effort to stop spammer robots from joining the site, so hopefully removing the verifications will not result in the place becoming a spammer's delight.

Anyone having problems before should try again now. Just sign in with the username/password you previously chose. It 'should' work.

My antivirus software informs me that the site is "compromised" and is blocked. Could be a problem with the security of the connection. I could override the block, but I'd rather not.

Why on earth a thread from 2010 came up now 15 years later?
