It looks promising though you may want to improve your wound effects, the above looks more like they have been playing paintball than with a real gun.

I have to agree with Smudger. I simple black dot or black paint under
the red paint would make it look like there is actually a hole in her forehead and would
really intensify the look of wasted beauty. Great death stare!!!
