I found this on YouTube, but poster only knows it is from Egypt. 
Well, does anyone out there know the name of film (or actress) this scene is from?

I'm studying arabic now for my work... Yes the accent seems egyptian not syrian or iraqi but I have still difficulty to make difference between the egyptian accent and the lebanese accent both have great similarity...
The only word that I understand in this garbage, is after the stabbing, the woman says "Leh ?" (? ليش ,لي ) it means in arabic "Why ?", like the hebrew (that I don't know a single word), the writting is not from the left to the right but from the right to the left !

G-Man! My friend, Snake, finally caught up with my email to him and reports that the movie is called "Sons and Killers" from 1987. The actress is Nabila Obaid. Unfortunately, there's not anything else in the movie that is notable, beyond this dark scene.
