Well, I didn't replicate the scene.
But this is an arrow special effect prop I created. I sent it to a Web Cam performer, with instructions on how to use it. This is an demonstration. While I cheated just a bit, you may notice that she does not have to hold it in place. She can let go of it, and it will move as she moves her body.
I also added the sound effect, and if you look closely, a bit of a blood spray.

Look at my video again. What I meant was that the killer stabbed the girl in the navel and then let go of the knife. The knife then remained embedded in her navel in one continuous shot. Other producers would switch frames after the first stab and then switch back showing the knife embedded in the girl's navel. This is so that they can switch props after the first stab.

That is why I said I didn't replicate the scene.
Obviously, it doesn't show the arrow entering her body.
However, the prop arrow does do a good job of staying in place without the actress having to hold onto it.
So I (only) replicated the second half of the effect.
