As I know, they surely work only for money, often they earn a lot of money and they didn't give a fuck about our weird fantasy. I already met prostitutes and some escorts, some with high prices and effectively they ask just for money and we (the customers) have to agree with the rules of sexual contact with them, some escorts agree that customers can ejaculate to her body but no penetrations, some agree blowjobs, penetrations with condoms, some agree just groping and fondling their bodies.
