Fall to death (looking for movie)

I remember in the mids 90´s a movie that started with a scene of a girl falling, she wears blue jeans, light blue top and blue sweater, when she hits the ground her pants rips on impact. Later in the movie the show how she felt, some guy knocked her and dragged near a balcony and throws her, in that scene she is wearing a pink top and blue jeans. Does anyone knows it. Sorry my english.
