Game: How did she Die?

Here is a new game.

I will post five pictures, close-ups of women's faces, taken from snuff sites. You must decide how she died.
4 pictures will be death scenes. But 1 will be a sex scene.

How did she die?

A. Arrow
B. Knife
C. Pistol
D. Sex, (not dead.)
E. Spear

I will post answers, in the form of the full picture, in about one week.

I believe number three is arrow. I recognize that pic. Nice reaction.

No.2 definitely found dead of exhaustion in my bedroom.

The blonde #4 is the only one of these that I think registers a suitable reaction... to being skewered (knife, spear, arrow).

Model number 5 is one of my favorites in the role of a ruthless killer. Seeing her on the receiving end is nice, and she’s definitely on the receiving end in that photo.

I suppose I have to declare Necro Phil as the winner, even though he only got one right.
With XJ coming in second, with only one right, if he can prove he's the dude in that picture.
