Game 2: Dead or Orgasm

Game 2:
I will post 7 pictures of close-ups of women's faces. You must guess if she is dead/dying or having an orgasm.
As before: Dead pictures are from snuff sites. Orgasm pictures are from porn sites. (Photo manipulations not allowed.)
I will post answers, in the form of the full size pictures, in a week.

Would you like some hints?
Hint 1. More dead girls than orgasmic girls.
Hint 2. One of the girls is from a web-cam session I recorded, in which she played out a death scene for me. Using an arrow prop I had created for her.
Hint 3. Types of death, (all obvious in the full size picture,) include the afore-mentioned arrow, shooting, and stabbing.
Hint 4. Watch for blood.
Hint 5. Sex scenes include both heterosexual and lesbian sex.
Are those enough hints?
