It was from an American movie or episode of a TV series from the 80s or 90s. A woman (probably a female doctor) was interested in a young man (probably a young doctor as I dimly recall) and wanted to have a child with him. One night she was on her way to have sex with the young man. It filmed her foot steps in high heels on her way. Then she was killed.
