Trying to reach someone at CNB

I am trying to reach someone associated with Cuddly Necrobabes in order to request a snail mail address to join via money order. I am a student and in the past have had tremendous problems trying to join with a credit card so now I am resorting to the old but tried and true method of getting something somewhere.
