Help finding a clip!

Looking for a scene where a blonde girl in a dress comes out of a party and finds a dog, pets the dog when she is surprised by someone she knows, you never see the assailant. He points a gun at her and shoots her once in the stomach, she looks down and says no dont and he shoots her again, she drops to the ground and we see her face as she slowly dies. Looked like a crime show from mainstream tv.
